OneView Live ("we," "us," "our") operates the website oneview.live. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum we need, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't directly helping us build this product.

What We Collect

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your responses to three survey questions about your workflow
• The date and time you signed up
• UTM parameters (if you arrived via an ad or shared link) — this tells us which marketing channels are working, nothing about you personally

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, IP address, or any other personal information beyond what's listed above.

How We Use It

Your email is used for one purpose: to notify you when OneView Live is available and to share founding member pricing. Your survey responses are used in aggregate to guide product decisions — for example, understanding which pain points matter most to agents as a group. We will never single out or publish any individual's responses.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your email or any other data to third parties. Ever.
• We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
• We do not send unsolicited promotional emails on behalf of other companies.
• We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

Where Your Data Lives

Your information is stored in Microsoft Azure Table Storage, hosted in the United States. Azure meets SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance standards. Access to the data is restricted to the OneView Live team.

How Long We Keep It

We retain your waitlist signup data for as long as it's needed to contact you about the product launch. If you'd like your data deleted at any time, email us and we'll remove it within 7 days.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA. If you're located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR. In either case, just reach out — we'll handle it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't reduce your rights without notifying you via the email address you provided.
